She then worked with Mortenson, building teams for some of the first colocation and hyperscale data centers in Quincy, WA. At McKinstry, she expanded critical infrastructure vendor management programs for hyperscalers and enterprise data centers nationwide, ensuring the right talent and resources were in place to support large-scale development.
Beyond business development, Alli has led large teams across the country and built workforce innovation programs to accelerate industry growth—ensuring that talent, technology, and execution align to meet evolving market demands.
